For normal hair: apply on hair after washing, leave for 3-5 minutes, comb and rinse. Go to hair drying.
For fine hair: use before washing the hair. Apply to damp hair and scalp, leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse and switch to shampoo.
For normal or thick hair: for maximum conditioning effect, apply on wet before washing and leave for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and switch to shampoo. Apply the conditioner again, leave for 3-5 minutes and then proceed to drying the hair.
