COSMOLAB Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions

 

The COSMOLAB digital gift card is intended for paying for purchases and services at the COSMOLAB store located at 10 Lāčplēša Street, Daugavpils, as well as at the online store www.cosmolab.shop.

 

The gift card can be used multiple times as long as it is valid and has a positive balance.

 

When paying at the store, you must present the gift card’s QR code or card number. When paying at the online store, you must enter the gift card code.

📌 Terms and Conditions:

 

• The digital gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The validity period will not be extended.

• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The remaining balance on the gift card will not be refunded in cash.

• The gift card can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is fully used up.

• The gift card code cannot be combined with other coupons, discount codes, or promotions, unless otherwise specified.

• The buyer is responsible for providing the correct recipient’s name and email address when placing the order.

• COSMOLAB is not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrectly provided email address if the error was caused by the buyer.

• The gift card is considered delivered once it has been sent to the email address provided in the order.

• Once the digital gift card has been issued or sent, the order is considered fulfilled.

• Digital gift cards are non-refundable after purchase and cannot be exchanged for another form of payment, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

• If a gift card is lost, stolen, transferred to third parties, or used without the owner’s consent, COSMOLAB is under no obligation to replace or compensate for it.

• Copying, selling, counterfeiting, or any other unauthorized use of the gift card is prohibited.

• COSMOLAB reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse the use of a gift card if there is suspicion of fraud, unauthorized use of payments, or other violations of these terms.

• COSMOLAB reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions by publishing the current version on the website www.cosmolab.shop.
