SIA Cosmetic Solutions Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

1. General Rules

1.1 The Loyalty Programme is offered through the online shop www.cosmolab.shop of SIA Cosmetic Solutions (registration number: 40203510949).

1.2 Participation in the programme is only available to registered customers.

2. Points Accumulation

2.1 For every EUR 1 spent on www.cosmolab.shop, 1 point will be awarded.

2.2 Points are only awarded for the purchase of goods, excluding delivery costs.

3. Obtaining a point for Registration

3.1 Enrolment of a new customer in the Programme will award 20 points at the time of enrolment.

4. Points Use and Exchange

4.1 50 points can be exchanged for a 10% discount voucher.

4.2. 100 points can be exchanged for a 15% discount voucher.

4.3. 50 points can be exchanged for free delivery.

4.4 Discount vouchers and free delivery vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of use set out in the Programme.

4.5 Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

5. Points Validity Period

5.1 Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of award.

5.2 After 12 months, unused points are cancelled and can no longer be used.

 

6. Other Provisions

6.1 SIA Cosmetic Solutions reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the loyalty programme at any time, applying the changes immediately after their publication on the online shop www.cosmolab.shop.
