Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order without registration.

 

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

In some cases, a product is ordered from the supplier after the order is received. In such situations, processing time may take up to 7–10 business days.

If the delivery time will be longer than usual, we will contact you individually.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are possible only before the order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

To which countries do you ship?

Cosmolab provides delivery to Latvia, the Baltic States, the European Union, and other countries.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Latvia: 1–3 business days.

Baltic States: 3–5 business days.

Europe: 7–10 business days.

 

Is free delivery available?

Free delivery is offered for orders above a specified amount.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.

 

 

 

Payment

 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online banking payments (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia), VISA and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Instalment payments with Inbank are also available (Latvia only).

 

Are payments secure?

Yes. All payments are processed in a secure environment using the Maksekeskus payment system.

 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

 

Can I return a product?

Products can be returned within 14 days from receipt, provided they have not been used and the original packaging is preserved.

 

Can opened cosmetics be returned?

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is defective.

 

What should I do if the product is damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Are the products original?

Yes. Cosmolab works only with official distributors and brand representatives.

 

Are the products tested on animals?

Information about animal testing depends on the specific brand and is indicated in the product description.

 

Can I receive help choosing a product?

Yes. We offer professional consultation in person or remotely.

 

 

 

Hair Spa

 

 

Is prior reservation required?

Yes. Treatments are provided by appointment only.

 

Is consultation included in the treatment?

Yes. Each visit begins with an assessment of the hair and scalp.

 

Can I purchase the products used in the salon?

Yes. Many products used in the salon are also available for purchase.

 

 

 

Gift Cards

 

 

How long is the gift card valid?

The digital gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

 

Can the gift card be used multiple times?

Yes, until the remaining balance is positive.

What is Cosmolab?

Cosmolab is a carefully curated beauty space — a store and professional Hair Spa studio in Daugavpils.

 

Is it possible to visit the store in person?
