Appointment change or cancellation - You can change or cancel your appointment online no later than 1 hour before the procedure. - If the time before the procedure is later, please contact me at +(371) 27007416. 5. Punctuality - I respect your time and please respect mine. Please arrive on time so that we can fully complete the procedure. - If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not notified me in advance, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. 6.
