On November 2, 2025, our first women's meeting in the new Cosmolab Flow cycle will take place in the Cosmolab space — with Anna , a kundalini yoga instructor.
This practice is not just about movement—it is about breath, presence, and returning to oneself.
And I want you to get to know him better.

How did Anna come to Kundalini Yoga?
I was 18 when I first touched the world of psychology and spiritual practices. It all started with my mom — she was studying to be a psychologist, and the first books, conversations, and revelations appeared in our home. We went to seminars together, and that's when I first learned about kundalini yoga.
Then tantra entered my life - an amazing path about feminine and masculine energy, intimacy and trust. Those were years that brought many discoveries and changes.
In 2007, I completely immersed myself in the world of Kundalini Yoga. I practiced three times a week, traveled to seminars all over the world - in France, India, London. White Tantra in France, ashrams, mountains, breathing practices... It was powerful, sometimes difficult, but incredibly purifying.
In my everyday life, I am an architect and designer. I create spaces for people - cozy, harmonious and inspiring. And yoga helps me create a space within myself - just as clean, warm and alive.
When I moved to Latvia, I started teaching Kundalini Yoga. Then there was pregnancy, a child, a break. But the practice always stayed with me. It helps me organize my thoughts, reduce stress, and get back into my body.
Today I return to yoga consciously, peacefully and with love. And I want to share this energy . Because kundalini yoga is not just about the body. It is a feeling. It is a path to yourself. 🤍
