• The gift card is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
• If a gift card is not used within its validity period, it will expire and will not be extended, renewed or compensated.
• The gift card is for one Hair SPA Ritual treatment lasting 90 minutes.
• A gift card can be used once.
• A gift card can be transferred to another person if it has not been used and its validity period has not expired.
• To receive the service, prior reservation is required, using the COSMOLAB reservation system or by contacting the salon.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of a reservation is possible no later than 24 hours before the appointment time.
• If the client does not arrive for the booked appointment and does not inform us at least 24 hours in advance, the gift card is considered used.
• If the client is more than 15 minutes late, COSMOLAB reserves the right to shorten the procedure time or refuse to provide the service.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The gift card balance is not paid out in cash.
• After the gift card is purchased and issued, it is non-refundable, except in cases where it is provided for by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for another service, product, or digital gift card.
• In the event of loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of a gift card, COSMOLAB is not obligated to renew or compensate for the card.
• Copying, selling, counterfeiting or other unauthorized use of the gift card is prohibited.
• COSMOLAB reserves the right to refuse the use of a gift card in case of fraudulent activity, use of unauthorized payments, or violations of these terms and conditions.
• If the provision of the service is not possible due to circumstances beyond COSMOLAB's control, COSMOLAB reserves the right to offer an equivalent service or another mutually agreed solution.
• Changes in the price of the service in the future do not affect the use of an already purchased and valid gift card.
• By purchasing a gift card, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
