Service Description
is an individual consultation for those who want to understand their hair needs and finally organize their home care. During the consultation, the condition of the hair and scalp, hair structure, porosity, dryness, elasticity, shine, degree of damage and daily care habits are assessed. After the diagnosis, an individual home care protocol is created: what products to use, in what order, how often and how to correctly combine shampoo, conditioner, mask, leave-in care, oil or thermal protection. The consultation helps to choose a suitable salon procedure and avoid unnecessary purchases that do not meet the needs of the hair. The consultation includes * assessment of the condition of the hair and scalp; * analysis of the existing home care; * selection of a suitable salon procedure; * individual home care protocol; * sequence of product use; * recommendations for the frequency of care. If you sign up for a COSMOLAB procedure, the consultation fee is included in the price of the procedure.

Appointment confirmation - Please note: registration is considered successful only when it is confirmed. - If you have not received confirmation, please check your messages, SPAM folder or contact me. 4. Appointment change or cancellation - You can change or cancel your appointment online no later than 1 hour before the procedure. - If the time before the procedure is later, please contact me at +(371) 27007416. 5. Punctuality - I respect your time and please respect mine. Please arrive on time so that we can fully complete the procedure. - If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not notified me in advance, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. 6. Payment - Payment is due on the day of the procedure. - You can pay in cash, by bank card or a valid gift card. 7.
