Apply the product on the wrist before use.
For medium and coarse hair: apply on damp hair and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
For medium to fine hair: apply on dry hair, leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Continue with the shampoo.
For additional nutrition procedure: apply before and after shampooing as above.
