WARRANTY TERMS
These warranty terms determine the procedure by which SIA Cosmetic Solutions (Reg. No. 40203510949, VAT No. LV40203510949, legal address: Lāčplēša iela 10, Daugavpils, LV-5401, e-mail: info@cosmolab.shop, tel.: +371 27905100) provides a warranty for goods and considers claims submitted by customers.
1. Warranty duration
1.1. All electrical products (hair dryers, straighteners, curling irons, facial care devices, etc.) are provided with a 2 (two) year warranty from the date of purchase.
1.2. Cosmetics and hygiene products are subject to the expiration date indicated on the packaging. These products are not covered by the warranty, except in cases where a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the order has been detected.
2. What is covered by the warranty?
2.1. The warranty applies to factory defects and malfunctions of the goods that are not due to the customer's fault.
2.2. If a defect is detected, SIA Cosmetic Solutions will provide repair, exchange or refund of the product.
3. What is not covered by the warranty
3.1. The warranty does not apply to:

damage caused by improper use;

mechanical damage (e.g., as a result of a fall, impact, moisture);

cosmetic products with open or damaged original packaging;

natural wear and tear (e.g. hairbrush bristles, batteries, consumable parts).
4. Warranty claim procedure
4.1. Upon detecting a defect, the customer must submit a written application to the e-mail info@cosmolab.shop, attaching a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and photographs of the damaged product.
4.2. The product must be sent to the store's delivery address: Lāčplēša Street 10, Daugavpils, LV-5401.
4.3. Return shipping costs in case of damaged goods are borne by the customer.
5. Review of warranty claim
5.1. SIA Cosmetic Solutions undertakes to review the customer's application and provide a response no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
5.2. If the product is found to be non-conforming, the customer may choose between repair, exchange or refund.
6. Additional information
6.1. These terms and conditions do not limit or replace the consumer's rights set out in the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other regulatory enactments.
6.2. In case of disputes, the customer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
