Programme overview
1.1 The Cosmоlab Referral Programme (the "Programme") provides an opportunity for Cosmоlab customers (the "Members") to earn rewards by inviting new customers to purchase products from the Cosmоlab online shop.
2. Conditions of Participation
2.1 Participants may only be persons who:
(a) are registered users of the Cosmоlab online shop;
b) are at least 18 years of age.

3.1 Participants can obtain a unique referral link in their Cosmоlab user profile. 3.2 Participants are entitled to share the referral link with third parties, including on public platforms and or social networks.
4. Terms of remuneration
4.1 For each successful registration and purchase made using a Member's referral:
(a) The Member receives a €5 discount voucher for future purchases;
b) the person who made the purchase (hereinafter referred to as "Friend") receives a 10% discount voucher for their first purchase.
5. Restrictions and conditions
5.1 Discount vouchers:
(a) are not redeemable for cash;
b) can only be used in the Cosmоlab online shop;
c) can be used in conjunction with other special offers or promotions.
6. Amendment and termination of the Programme
6.1 Cosmоlab reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend or terminate the Programme at any time by giving prior notice to Participants by email or by posting a notice on the Cosmоlab website.
7. Jurisdiction and applicable law
7.1 The laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia shall apply to the Programme and its interpretation.
