Regular exfoliation once or twice a week helps the skin regenerate and increases the skin's absorption of nourishing ingredients in other facial care products.

 How to use: Apply to damp skin and gently massage, avoiding the skin around the lips and eyes. Rinse with warm water and finish with your favorite Joik toner and moisturizer. Use 1 to 2 times a week.
